SHIPPING

To thank our clients for shopping with us and trusting CLK to keep them in the most attractive, modern footwear, we offer free shipping on all your orders. Orders typically ship within 48 hours of placement. Your order will arrive 3-7 business days after it is processed.

NOTE: Free shipping is not applicable for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada orders and for items that are on sale.

RETURNS

At Christina-LK, LLC, we stand behind all of our products and want our clients to have a positive shopping experience. In the unlikely event that our shoes do not satisfy you 100%, we will accept your return and give you a full refund. Simply return the item in new condition, with no visible signs of wear, in it’s original, undamaged CLK packaging. Returns with visible signs of wear will be rejected.

NOTE: Free returns are not applicable for items purchased at a promotional price (Black Friday Sale).

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Our hassle-free return policy is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • Returned item (s) must be in new condition, with no visible signs of wear, and in its original, undamaged packaging. The CLK box must be placed inside another box to protect your item (s) from damage.
  • To expedite your return, send your return/exchange request via email to info@Christina-LK.com with the following information:

SUBJECT: Return/ Exchange + reason for return

  • After processing your request, a printable return shipping label will be emailed to you.
  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected by the receiving staff at our nearest warehouse, we will issue a refund within 72 hours. Charges and refund credits will appear on your statement as Tezlin, Inc.

Please note: Once we initiate the credit for your Christina-LK.com return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the credit card company or bank that issued the original payment. Please be patient, some companies require up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, you may contact your bank or credit card company directly.

To order, simply indicate the size, color, and quantity of the items you wish to order, and add them to your cart. Once the items are in your cart, you can proceed to check out by signing into your account (for returning customers) or create an account (for new customers). Once your account has all the necessary information, complete the check out process by providing your payment information. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal payments for your convenience. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
